Extensive experience in managing real estate cases within Jordan and Palestine, including:

• Removing joint ownership and removing encroachments on properties.

• Claiming compensation for expropriation or loss of value resulting from encroachments or planning.

• Invalidating sales contracts and recovering and confirming ownership of properties.

• Eviction and property recovery lawsuits.

• Specialized skills in resolving land registration issues in Palestine, providing valuation, marketing, and sales services, whether under direct supervision or through our company.

• Establishing and registering companies of various legal forms, and managing their legal affairs.
